There is nobody to book and nothing to wait for. That is the point: no support desk to fund is exactly why the licence is flat and this cheap. If you would still rather ask a person, the number is at the foot of this page — but nothing here is built to need it.
Don’t fancy the technical bit? Concierge setup.
We create and configure your Twilio and ElevenLabs accounts, wire your number and hand you a live receptionist — you just approve the greeting. One-off £99 +VAT, bookable from your dashboard after signup.
Prices exclude VAT. On top of the licence you pay your own providers at cost: a Twilio number is ~£2.80/month + ~1p/min, and ElevenLabs voice AI is ~8p/min. A typical busy line runs about £30/month of usage — see the real cost gap vs a human answering service.

Questions
Is it obvious it’s an AI?
Odette opens as your AI assistant on every call. Being openly AI is the point — and it builds trust.
What happens if the AI gets something wrong?
Odette never guesses — if something isn’t in the knowledge base it says so and takes a message instead of inventing an answer. Every call has a full transcript so you can check exactly what was said, and fixing a mispronunciation or a wrong fact takes about 30 seconds in your dashboard.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes — keep it and set a two-minute divert with your current provider: all calls, missed-calls-only, or out-of-hours. No porting, no downtime, and you can switch back anytime.
Can it transfer to a human?
Yes on Pro and Business — Odette warm-transfers urgent calls to your team with office-hours rules, per-day numbers and your own hold message.
How does it know my business?
Odette reads your website into a private knowledge base, and re-checks it nightly so it’s always current. Phonetic pronunciations are on every plan; pinned custom-FAQ answers are on Business.
Who pays for the calls?
You do — directly to Twilio and ElevenLabs, at their cost. Odette is a flat software licence with no marked-up minutes. Typical busy-line usage is about £30/month.
Are calls recorded — do I need to tell callers?
Calls are transcribed so you get a written record of every conversation. UK rules (GDPR/PECR) say callers should be told — one line in your greeting covers it, and our legal guide gives you the exact wording.
Do I need to be technical to set it up?
No — but you do have to do it yourself. The wizard takes it in order, and from the moment you sign up you have a video that films the whole setup in the real Twilio and ElevenLabs consoles, plus the same walkthrough as a PDF. If you would rather not do the technical part at all, concierge setup is a one-off fee, bookable from your dashboard.
What help do I get setting it up?
Two walkthrough videos and two written guides, in your account from the minute you sign up: the setup walkthrough filmed in the real provider consoles, the admin walkthrough covering every page of your dashboard, and both as PDFs.
Is there anyone to talk to?
Odette is deliberately self-serve. You sign up, follow the walkthrough and you are live without waiting on anyone’s calendar — which is why the licence is flat and low, and why nothing about your setup depends on us being at a desk. We do read the email and we do answer the phone. Nothing is designed to need it.
