New accounts include a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Monthly fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current period, except where required by law (including UK/EU consumer rights) or at our discretion for service faults. Usage billed directly by Twilio and ElevenLabs is between you and those providers.
