Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Odette safe and lawful for everyone, you agree not to misuse it.

You must not use Odette to:

• Break any law, or make/enable unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or fraudulent calls.
• Send spam or unlawful marketing, or violate telemarketing/robocall rules (e.g. UK PECR, US TCPA).
• Record or process calls without providing legally required notice/consent to callers.
• Impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent that a human is on the line where disclosure is required.
• Handle emergency, crisis, medical, legal, financial-advice or other safety-critical/regulated lines.
• Upload unlawful content to the knowledge base, or infringe others’ IP or privacy.
• Probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service, or exceed rate/usage limits abusively.
