Why we built it

Every business we worked with had the same quiet leak: calls going unanswered while they were busy doing the actual work — and losing customers to whoever picked up first. The traditional fix, a human answering service, is expensive and bills by the minute. We’d watched real invoices top £1,000 in a single month.

Conversational AI changed the maths. A receptionist that answers instantly, 24/7, in a consistent voice, that reads your website and takes proper messages — for a flat licence and calls at cost price. So we built it, and we called it Odette.
